3. Services Offered
- LeadsTiger provides verified leads, but does not guarantee conversion, sales, or business outcomes
- Lead quality may vary depending on user requirements and market conditions
- Leads are delivered on a real-time or availability basis
4. Wallet & Payments
- Users must recharge wallet to purchase leads
- All payments made are final and non-refundable, except under special conditions defined in the Refund Policy
- Wallet balance cannot be transferred to another account
5. Lead Purchase & Usage
- Leads must be used strictly for business purposes only
- Users shall not resell, reuse, or distribute leads without permission
- Any misuse may result in account suspension or termination
6. Lead Availability
- Leads are sourced from across Pan India
- Availability may differ based on location, demand, and service category
- Low or no leads in a specific city will not be considered a valid reason for refund
7. Refund & Exchange
- Refund and exchange of leads are governed strictly by the LeadsTiger Refund & Exchange Policy
- Wallet withdrawal is allowed only if no leads are received for 30 continuous days, subject to verification
8. User Responsibilities
- Users must communicate professionally with customers
- Any misbehavior, spam, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited
- Compliance with all local laws and regulations is mandatory
9. Limitation of Liability
- LeadsTiger shall not be liable for:
- Any business loss or failed conversions
- Incorrect expectations from leads
- Delays or interruptions in service
10. Account Suspension
LeadsTiger reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
- Restrict access without prior notice in case of misuse or fraud
11. Modification of Terms
LeadsTiger may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
