Lead Generation Services

Our lead generation services include manually sourced and, where applicable, 100% Call Verified and Exclusive leads.

Once a lead package has been processed, verified, or delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.

If a customer believes a delivered lead does not match the agreed service scope, they must notify LeadsTiger within 48 hours of delivery. Each request will be reviewed by our quality team based on our internal verification records.

Where a claim is found to be valid, LeadsTiger may, at its sole discretion, provide a suitable replacement lead or another appropriate service resolution.


Bulk Email Marketing Services

Bulk Email campaigns require campaign planning, server allocation, template preparation, and message processing.

Once campaign preparation or execution has begun, the service is considered to be in progress.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient data, approved content, and lawful marketing materials.

LeadsTiger is not responsible for campaign performance affected by invalid email lists, recipient behavior, spam filters, third-party email providers, or customer-supplied content.


Bulk WhatsApp Marketing Services

Bulk WhatsApp campaigns depend on approved content, recipient data, and third-party platform availability.

Customers must ensure that all contact data has been collected lawfully and that messaging complies with applicable regulations.

LeadsTiger is not responsible for delivery limitations, platform restrictions, account actions, or customer-provided contact quality.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements.
  • Submit complete and correct information before service begins.
  • Review delivered data promptly.
  • Report service-related concerns within the specified review period.
  • Use all leads and marketing services only for lawful business purposes.

Quality Review

Every reported concern is reviewed individually by our support team.

During the review process, LeadsTiger may request supporting information, call recordings, campaign details, screenshots, or other relevant documentation to evaluate the request.

The decision of the quality review team shall be based on the original order, verification records, and service scope.


Service Availability

Lead availability depends on customer requirements, target industry, geographic location, and market demand.

If immediate delivery is not possible, LeadsTiger may schedule delivery within the communicated timeframe or provide an equivalent service arrangement after consultation with the customer.


Pricing & Orders

All pricing displayed on the website is subject to change without prior notice.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and receipt of all required project information.


Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation only before work has commenced.

Once lead sourcing, verification, campaign setup, content preparation, or service execution has started, the order enters the fulfillment process and is handled according to this policy.


Force Majeure

LeadsTiger shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, technical failures, government actions, natural disasters, third-party platform restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
